According to Statistics Canada, between 2005 and 2013, global greenhouse gas emissions increased by 18.3%. These gases can remain in the atmosphere for hundreds of years. As a result, they have a global impact for every living and breathing thing on our planet. Capping these emissions allows every one of us to look forward to a cleaner future.
